Synchronous Reluctance Motors (SynRM) represent a paradigm shift in rotating machine technology. By combining the robust, simple construction of an induction motor with the high-efficiency performance of permanent magnet motors, SynRM provides an ideal solution for Oman's harsh operating landscape.

Sunvim's Synchronous Reluctance Motors are engineered with advanced IP55/IP66 sealing, class H insulation systems, and optimized thermal designs to deliver full rated torque without derating, even in ambient temperatures up to 55°C.
Understanding the physics of synchronous reluctance is key to realizing its benefits. Unlike induction motors that rely on rotor slip to generate torque, SynRM operates on the principle of magnetic reluctance, aligning the rotor's high-permeability axes with the rotating stator magnetic field.
